"Awful after policies were cancelled, due to better coverage and service by another company … half of a month owed to me on my home policy , from July 31 thru August 15th was paid and they are coming up with a refund of $11 ..so much that two weeks after cancellation they were attempting automatic withdrawal from my bank , which I had my bank stop … instead of half of the monthly fee ($146)… simply incompetent, deceitful and frankly dishonest… will Never do business with them and will never recommend them"
